During the therapy session with my clients, I always ask them these 2 important questions. 1. Why do you want to quit smoking, and 2. What’s stopping you from quitting smoking
Each and everyone of my clients are different. Each and every response to the questions are different. But there’s always a similar pattern here. There’s nothing else stopping them from quitting smoking, apart from themselves.
